Halloween art??
So, I don't celebrate halloween but I do enjoy all the costumes and stuff. Here is 2 pinups of a Sexy Witch and Vampire I finished yesterday and they are currently on ebay as 3 day auctions. Please check them out (they should show up on ebay soon):

On a side note I finished up the majority of my commissions. I still have about 5 more to complete but the bulk of the commissions are completed and will be uploaded to my gallery within the next 20-30 mins. You can view them here: http://raccoon-eyes.deviantart.com
Once I get done with the remaining commissions I should be back on track for daily blog updates. I'm still currently working on mandy cards which have a Oct. 31 deadline among other things. Stay tuned....

Sorry about the lack of updates, I've been kind of swamped lately but I will be getting back on track with daily updates again shortly. Thanks for stopping by. ^_^

Catching up...
catching up on commissions, finished about 5 rough drafts yesterday. Here is one for now. Sorry about the terrible scan. This is the Human torch on a marvel sketch comic book cover. The final version will be in color and a way better scan. I'll upload that soon along with some other art I'm working on. Good night!

Getting there...
Finally starting to get back on track, I really think I need a vacation from drawing for atleast a week, but I can't for now because it pays the bills. Anyways I got all 56 Mandy cards penciled out so all I need to do is ink and color those. Once I get approval I'll upload them here. Now I'm working on commissions so if I owe you a commission please stay tuned, I will be uploading the progress on those. Look out for w.i.p.s (work in progress) for tommorrow. Thanks for stopping by.

Trying to finish up
I find myself having a hard time getting back into the groove of things. I have multiple commissions to finish up and I have Mandy Cards that need to be finished up asap. I think I was spoiled way too much when I was at Baltimore Con because now a week later I'm having a hard time sitting down and focusing on drawings that need to be completed. I have to get re-focused. Hoping I can start fresh tomorrow after a good morning of church. Good night. ^_^

X-men Sketch B-day gift
This was a birthday gift for my brother's 24th birthday on Oct. 13. He said he is going to get it framed. ^_^
The border was cropped drastically because my scanner is too small :(
I told him not to sell it because when I get famous it will be worth a ton of $$$$ lol. He said he won't sell it unless he becomes homeless or something hahaaa.

I'm Back ^-^
***Sorry, this may be a bit long....
So I got back from Baltimore Comic Con yesterday. I had a great time there, everyone was generally nice and friendly and there was so much talent in the artist alley. I'm not good with names but I do remember the array of awesome art everywhere. I met a couple of people who knew me from online which was awesome. lol, sometimes I don't think people look at my work but there was a ton of people who recognized my art, it was great.
I wasn't able to leave my table much because we were pretty busy. When I did I had to make it quick. In fact I quickly toured the whole artist alley (178 booths) within in 30 mins. I wish I could have spent more time talking with the artists. I did talk to a few artist such as Brian Kong, Joe Peaker, Nicole Goff (we went to Joe Kubert school together) and several others. I'm not very good with names but I do remember faces and the art work. Thanks for those of you who stopped by or purchased items, I appreciate it! I will defiantly make a effort to come back next year. I need to get my finances straight for now, this was my last con of the year.
Ok so on to the good stuff. I forgot to take pictures of the majority of the con sketches I did so if you have any pics. and can send them to me then that would be great. I managed to get a pic. of one sketch that Arie Monroe and I worked on. This is of Poison Ivy. I did the pencils and Arie did the color work. We have not done a collab. in ages so it was alot of fun despite that we only got 3 hours of sleep once it was completed. This con sketch was for Tom Andress (he works with Frank Cho). Tom knew of our work from online and ebay so he commissioned us for this pieces, we were honored. Thanks Tom ^-^
I was not able to take alot of pictures with other artist and stuff like I wanted too because I was glued to my table but I did manage to snag a few cosplay photos from my table. I hope you enjoy them:
From left to right:
***Powder Toast Man was Easily my most favorite Cosplay of the weekend, it was so epic!
Princess Leia, Darth Vader, Luke Skywalker, Scarlet Witch, Powder Toast Man from Ren and Stimpy (this was so awesome), Thor and chibi batman and captain america, Black Canary, Ghostbusters, Zatanna, Hawkgirl, Spiderman and Mary Jane, Princess Sailor Moon and Mars, Orion High School Character (I think), Rogue, White Queen, Poison Ivy, Joker, and Chetata
***Thanks to all of you who let me take pictures, You all did a great job!

Heading out to Baltimore Comic Con
I'm heading out to Baltimore Comic Con this evening. I'm really tired and still have packing to do (-_-). It will all be worth it on opening day. I'll be at table #23 at the con with Arie Monroe. Here is our galleries:

Thanks to those who commissioned me or bought work from me or even looked at my work. I was able to pull most of the money together to pay for the con. I should be able to make up the rest at the convention.
On a side note, I will not be posting for the next couple days because I'll be at the convention. I'll give a full report when I get back. Thanks for checking out my blog and art. See ya then ^^

Super late post
Yeah this post is super late, sorry.
Been struggling to get a couple more art works done before the convention as well as trying to gather up the rest of the money for the con. I'm still short on funds, hopefully I can make some of it up at the convention (-_-)
Above is a commission I'm working on. Its a work in progress and the final version will be in tonal pencils. Sorry about the poor scan (-_-) The client will pick it up at Baltimore comic con. If you would like a commission too then please feel free to email me: sherryleak@gmail.com
